Ingredients
  • egg
    1ea
  • Hotcake powder
    125g
  • Milk
    60ml
  • Strawberry
  • Cream cheese
    3TS
  • Yogurt
    1ea
  • condensed milk
    1/2ts
  • lemon juice
    1ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Remove the top of the strawberries and wash them in running water to remove moisture.
STEP 2/9
The pancake was made quickly using commercial powder. First, beat an egg.
STEP 3/9
To make a more fluffy hotcake, I used a whisk to whisk until the color turns pale. You can just beat the eggs.
STEP 4/9
Add the pancake mix and mix roughly.
STEP 5/9
Add milk and mix the dough well.
STEP 6/9
Put some cooking oil in a heated pan, wipe it with a kitchen towel, scoop out a spoon each and place it on the pan. I will make it as a canape type, so I made it as small as possible. Of course, you can make it look like a cake in a large size.
STEP 7/9
Add plain yogurt and cream cheese sugar or condensed milk and mix well. If it doesn't mix well because of the cream cheese, turn it slightly with a hand mixer and mix well.
STEP 8/9
Place cream cheese on top of baked pancakes.
STEP 9/9
I'd like some strawberries on top.
