I made beef jangjorim and used the leftover jangjorimHaha
And to give it a taste.. I added honey, hot sauce, and pepper~~

If you don't use the power of the machine, the jerky that needs to be dried for about two days... In the food dryer, the beef jerky is completed in 5 to 6 hours~~^^

There are so many seasonings and additives of beef jerky on the market.
But... The homemade beef jerky flavor that tastes deeper the more you chew.. It'll be different from regular beef jerky~~ Should I say that the deep taste of beef comes out~~haha
It's cheap to make and eat at home, and you can make seasonings and spices to suit your taste, so that's the advantage~~
- You can buy beef with red thickness/round meat/mountain distance, but the thickness is about 5mm.
