Cooking Steps

Cut the boiled beef into bite-sized pieces and prepare 6C of broth.

Prepare bean sprouts by washing them.

Cut 3 green onions into big pieces.

If the bean sprouts are a bit dry, add the green onions and 1T of minced garlic.

When the green onion dies, add 2T of red pepper powder (add or subtract according to your preference) and boil it.

When the red pepper powder blends with the broth, add the sliced meat and boil it one more sop. Taste it. If it's bland, match it with soy sauce and salt.
