Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in enough water, wash them in running water, and chop them thickly. Rinse the tofu in running water, cut it into bite-sized pieces, remove the skin of the green onion and garlic, cut the green onion into 3-4m long pieces, and chop the garlic. Remove the top of the red pepper, wash it in running water, and slice it sideways.

Add shiitake mushrooms, stir-fry, pour water, cover the pot, and bring to a boil.

When the beef is cooked gently, add tofu, red pepper, and green onion and boil.
