Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Peel the potatoes, wash them, shred them, and drain them through a sieve.

Cut the sliced ham in half and shred it.
STEP 3/5
Remove the skin of the garlic, wash it in running water, and shred it. Remove the top of the cheongyang pepper, wash it in running water, and slice it sideways.

Put cooking oil in a heated frying pan and stir-fry garlic and hot pepper
Add the shredded potatoes and stir-fry them together.
