Wash cucumbers with thick salt.

Cut the length of the washed cucumber into 4cm pieces and cut the cap into 4 pieces.

Since you're going to use the lemon up to the skin, it's good to wash it thoroughly. Wash it once using a kitchen detergent, soak it in boiling water for about 2 minutes, disinfect it secondarily, wash it with thick salt, wash it 3rd, and wash it 4th carefully with baking soda.

Slice the cleanly washed lemon thinly. I'll cut the paprika, too.

Mix all the prepared ingredients into the sterilized glass bottle.

Put all the ingredients of the mixed vinegar in a pot and boil them once in a while.

Pour the blended vinegar right into the glass bottle when it's hot.

After cooling the lid, close the lid and refrigerate it. You can eat it right after about a day
When the pickle water is hot, you have to pour it into the cucumber to eat the crunchy pickle. You can add pickling spice.
