Wash plum with cold water. It is recommended to drain the water on a strainer tray. If there is moisture, mold may form, so dry it on the veranda for more than half a day.

Usually, it is standard to put plum extract/plum syrup in a 1:1 ratio. But when you put it in, sugar doesn't melt quickly, so white molds can get stuck on the surface. So we added more oligosaccharides to make the sugar melt quickly.

Add more plum, more sugar~~Put plum and sugar together so that it can be mixed evenly. Don't fill the top with the contents. This is because fermentation progresses over time and sometimes bursts when there is not enough space.
