Prepare butter, condensed milk, minced garlic, cheese powder, and parsley powder. (Even if you omit parsley powder, there is no difference in taste. You can use sugar instead of condensed milk, and for cheese powder, Parmesan cheese powder is good, and I used Vega hard cheese (hard cheese) ground on a grater.
Leave regular butter at room temperature for at least an hour and use it in a soft state. If you're in a hurry, you can microwave it for 10 seconds.)

Add butter, condensed milk, minced garlic, parsley and cheese powder and mix well.

Spread garlic butter evenly over the sliced baguette. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 around 17. I used an electric oven. Each household has different oven performance.. When the surface is golden, remove it.
