STEP 1/11
Prepare beef with rump meat, spread thin and wide cloth 0.4cm thick in the direction of the resolution, and then remove the oil and tendon. When it's hard to scoop up meat, it's convenient to freeze it slightly in the freezer.
STEP 2/11
Add 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of ginger, and dry pepper and cool down when soy sauce boils.
STEP 3/11
Mix honey in cooled soy sauce water. Seasoning sauce doesn't change the taste even if you leave it for a long time without adding sesame oil. You can put sesame oil on it and grill it.
STEP 4/11
Soak the beef jerky in the sauce and let it soak for about an hour until the seasoning is cut.
STEP 5/11
Put marinated beef in a food dryer and dry it. I have a liquid food dryer, so I use it very comfortably to dry it. If you don't have a food dryer, hang it on a tray, dry it in a sunny place for 3 to 4 hours, turn it upside down, dry it, and walk before it dries completely, lay Korean paper on a flat place, spread the end of the cloth, and press it with a heavy thing to dry again.
STEP 6/11
I dried it in a liquid food dryer at 70 degrees for about 6 hours. Don't dry it too thoroughly. It's moderately dry.
STEP 7/11
It's dried beef jerky. You can wrap beef jerky in plastic or plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator or freezer.
