Steamed monkfish

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash the cut monkfish in thin salt water, cut it into pieces, put it in a pot, pour water, and boil it with soybean paste, green onion, and pepper.
When the monkfish boils a little, drain it with a sieve and remove the green onions and pepper.

Wash the mandi clean in light salt water.
STEP 3/8
Clean the water parsley and green onion, cut the water parsley into 5cm long pieces, and cut the green onion sideways.

Trim and wash bean sprouts, boil them, rinse them in cold water, and remove moisture.

Add soy sauce, soy sauce, red pepper powder, cooking wine, minced garlic, ginger powder, and anchovy kelp soup and mix them evenly.
Mix glutinous rice powder, starch powder, and water evenly to make starch water.
STEP 6/8
Put boiled monkfish and omandi in a plump frying pan, pour the anchovy kelp soup, pour the sauce, cover the frying pan, and cook it.
STEP 7/8
When the monkfish and omandi are cooked, boil them, rinse them in cold water, cook them, mix them evenly, and add starch water to adjust the concentration.
STEP 8/8
Mix water parsley and green onion evenly, season with salt, add sesame oil at the end, mix evenly, and remove from heat.
