Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Before making the dried seaweed pickles, make the broth for the seasoned dried seaweed soy sauce
Add all the ingredients (water, anchovies, depots, and kelp) and when the water boils, remove the kelp and make the broth over medium low heat for 25 minutes Strain the broth through a sieve and prepare clear broth
If you don't have ingredients for broth, you can use 2 cups of water
STEP 2/10
While making the dried seaweed soup, prepare the ingredients for the seasoned dried seaweed soy sauce
Cut the green onions and onions in big pieces and cut the cheongyang pepper in half I have a few columns of shiitake mushrooms, so I added more
STEP 3/10
Put the kimchi broth, prepared vegetables, soy sauce, starch syrup, and cooking wine in a pot. When the soy sauce boils, lower the heat and boil it for about 20 minutes
STEP 4/10
While you cook the seasoned soy sauce, prepare the seasoned dried laver
I made seaweed pickles with two kinds of seaweed, stone seaweed and gimbap seaweed. It's good to make seaweed pickles with dense and strong texture like gimbap seaweed
STEP 5/10
Anyway, cut the seaweed that you're going to use to pickle kimchi into bite-sized pieces with scissors
* Cut the dried seaweed in half vertically and cut it into 3 or 4 pieces. It's good if you cut it into 6 to 8 pieces
STEP 6/10
Chop the carrots that you're going to use as a garnish
*If you use the pickled dried laver garnish with sliced jujube and chestnuts, it looks much more luxurious than carrot garnish I simply put carrots and sesame seeds as pickled dried laver garnish
STEP 7/10
Strain the seasoned dried laver soy sauce through a fine sieve and let it cool enough
STEP 8/10
Warm~ Cold soy sauce with 10 to 15 slices of dried seaweed, soak it, and take it out
STEP 9/10
Put it in an airtight container and put the prepared garnish on top of the dried seaweed pickle
STEP 10/10
You can make it and eat it right away, or it's better if you let it sleep for a day before you eat it
Turn over the top and bottom of the pickled seaweed so that the soy sauce can get soaked When storing dried seaweed pickles, cover them with plastic wrap so that the surface doesn't dry out
It's good to make pickled dried laver with dense and strong seaweed tissue like dried laver for gimbap

I made it in the morning, but I didn't eat it in the morning, but I brought it for lunch. If it tastes good, I'm going to eat all the seaweed at home.
