Prepare bacon, eggs, and onions, then chop up bacon and onions.

Add mayonnaise to the egg and mix well.

Stir-fry minced bacon in a pan and remove oil from kitchen towels.

Put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan that has wiped the bacon, and stir-fry the onions for about 2 minutes.

Add mayonnaise and beaten eggs.

When the egg is 70% cooked, add warm rice.

If the rice is well mixed in the egg, add chopped green onion and drained bacon and mix well.

Lastly, season with salt and pepper. The bacon is seasoned to a certain extent, so you only need to use a little salt.
You can add ham instead of bacon.
