STEP 1/3
Peel the garlic, wash it clean, drain it, pour vinegar, and let it soak at room temperature for 10 days.
STEP 2/3
Remove only the garlic from the vinegar and put it in a container and boil and pour 90ml of soy sauce, 110ml of vinegar, 50ml of sugar, and 250ml of water. After 5 days, boil it again after pouring soy sauce and repeat after 5 days.
The amount varies depending on the size of garlic and the salinity of soy sauce. Taste and adjust to taste.
