Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Squid is soaked with sugar, vinegar, and rice wine in lukewarm water.
STEP 2/7
After about 40 minutes, the squid becomes soft.

Soaked squid should be steamed in a steaming steamer for 3 to 5 minutes to make it soft and chewy.

Steamed squid blow away moisture by leaving it at room temperature for a while.
