STEP 1/4
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, push it to 3mm thick, and place it in a mold. Use a rolling pin to clean the top of the dough and use a fork to prevent swelling. Place the parchment stone or beans in the parchment paper, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, then take out the parchment stone and bake for another 10 minutes.

[Braised apple]
Cook the apples while you bake. Slice the mini apples, add sugar and cinnamon powder, let stand for a while, then simmer until dry.

Add the pre-sorted almond powder and mix and place in a piping bag. Squeeze almond cream into a pre-baked tart frame, place the boiled apples on top, and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. (Adjust the time and temperature according to the oven specification.)
