STEP 1/4
Easy way to peel the hard skin of a ginkgo~ Prepare a milk carton that is washed and dried after eating. Put a bank in it and microwave it for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes. (You have to seal the lid well after putting in the ginkgo.) If you turn it around, you'll hear the ginkgo splashing and the shell opening. If you take it out a little later, the bank is slightly open. Then you can easily peel the outer skin with your hands. The ginkgo is cooked, so you can eat it right away Peel the skin off, then place the ginkgo on a lightly watered kitchen towel and peel off the skin as you rub it gently.
STEP 2/4
It's good to prep the walnuts. If you boil walnuts in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, the water becomes blurry and impurities come out. Remove from heat, sift and rinse several times under running water. Wipe off the water with a kitchen towel and fry it in a heated pan without oil. If you do this, you can taste neat and more savory walnuts.
STEP 3/4
Boil the seasoning ingredients in the pan except for honey and sesame seeds. When it boils, add walnuts, ginkgo, and pine nuts and boil them down over medium-low heat.
STEP 4/4
When the soy sauce is almost gone after boiling it down, add honey and stir-fry evenly. If the content is glossy, remove it from the heat and mix it with sesame seeds.
Walnuts are good nuts. They say it's good to eat a certain amount of food a day because it stimulates brain activity. If you eat too much, you may get sick, so be careful about that. You know that it's not good to eat a lot of rice at once, right? They say it's good to take about five pills a day.
