STEP 1/10
If you have a baking machine, you can ferment it at once.. I put the amount I suggested in the food processor and kneaded it.

First ferment the dough. After the first fermentation, you have to press lightly to remove the gas from the dough.

Remove as much dough as necessary and cover it with plastic for medium fermentation at room temperature. The medium fermentation lasts 10 to 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Roll out the dough until medium fermentation using a rolling pin.

Put bulgogi on top of the dough
STEP 6/10
Put the pizza cheese on top.
STEP 7/10
Roll it well and open the ends.
STEP 8/10
Make sure that the part that's open is facing down
STEP 9/10
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. If you put pizza or slice cheese on the top, it's more delicious.
STEP 10/10
The specifications are different for each oven, so you have to check the temperature while watching it bake. It was baked well in the oven that I use for about 25 minutes,
