tomato spaghetti with delicious ham
As long as the sauce is ready, I don't think spaghetti is a very complicated and difficult food. You just have to prepare the ingredients and stir-fry them, boil them, and mix them.. Let me introduce you to pasta that makes you crave your taste buds sometimes.

Ingredients
  • If it's spaghetti
    70g
  • crushed garlic
    3piece
  • onion
    1/5ea
  • Sliced ham
    3piece
  • Cheese
    little
  • caper
    10piece
  • olive oil
    suitably
  • tomato sauce
    130g
  • Water
    2~3Ts
  • ground pepper
    little
  • Salt
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Do not crush the garlic, finely chop it with a knife, and shred the onion thinly.
STEP 2/8
Cut the ham into long pieces and prepare it
STEP 3/8
Pour 700 to 800cc of water into a pot, add 7g of salt and bring to a boil. Boil spaghetti noodles as the water boils. When you cut the noodles, boil it until there is a white core in the center of the section. After boiling, strain it through a sieve.
STEP 4/8
Put olive oil on a heated pan and add minced garlic to give it a flavor. When it starts to smell, add onions and stir-fry until it becomes clear
STEP 5/8
Add shredded ham to it and stir-fry while mixing.
STEP 6/8
When the ham becomes soft, add tomato sauce and pasta boiled water and boil it over medium-low heat.
STEP 7/8
Add the boiled noodles and mix them evenly so that the sauce is cut. Remove from heat when sauce is slightly thick.
STEP 8/8
Place the noodles and ingredients on a plate, add some capers, then grind the Parmesan cheese on top, and you're done. I used commercially available tomato sauce for the sauce.

I did the recipe faithfully, so it's salty.. The noodles are too salty.. I'll try to make it less salty next time! Other than that, I ate deliciously.
