Add the ingredients and make the spicy sauce. (5 tablespoons Tabasco hot sauce, 3 tablespoons Worcester sauce, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoons cooking wine, 1 tablespoons starch syrup)

Add roasted chicken wings and simmer until tender. If you boil it down too much, it'll be salty, so taste it.
