Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash the chicken wings clean and marinate them in refined rice wine, salt, pepper, and ginger juice for about an hour. Marinade refers to marinating meat or fish in a flavored liquid to soak or soften the liver before cooking.

Add the ingredients and make the spicy sauce. (5 tablespoons Tabasco hot sauce, 3 tablespoons Worcester sauce, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoons cooking wine, 1 tablespoons starch syrup)
STEP 3/6
Add enough grape seed oil to a heated frying pan and fry until golden brown. Do not flip until one side is colored.
STEP 4/6
Boil the spicy sauce a little bit
STEP 5/6
Add roasted chicken wings and simmer until tender. If you boil it down too much, it'll be salty, so taste it.
STEP 6/6
