STEP 1/6
Cut the tomatoes into a cross, soak them in hot water and remove them right away. It's about 500g if it's a medium size. The skin comes up like this, and you just have to peel it off.
STEP 2/6
Put it in a food processor and chop it finely. I think you can grind it finely in a blender according to your preference. You have to chop the onions, so you can just add the onions and tomatoes and grind them.
STEP 3/6
Add ground tomatoes, onions, minced ginger, minced garlic, salt, vinegar, and sugar.
STEP 4/6
Boil the tomatoes over high heat first because they are watery, then reduce to low heat when they boil, and simmer over low heat for at least 40 minutes, stirring them in-between to let them simmer. It's boiled down a lot, right? At this rate, stir it so that it doesn't stick.
STEP 5/6
If you tilt the spatula, boil it down enough to prevent it from flowing down. Even without paprika powder, it comes out dark enough.
STEP 6/6
Disinfect the bottle in advance, cool it down, and put in the hot tomato relish. It can be stored in the refrigerator for about two weeks
