STEP 2/5
Put 250g of chopsal powder in a bowl, dissolve 1 egg, mix well, add 35ml of milk and mix well. Since glutinous rice powder kneads well with a little bit of milk, only a small amount of milk is used. You can knead it with a spoon. Add 5 spoons of soy sauce and mix it well.
STEP 4/5
Grease the pan, wipe it with a towel, place the dough on the pan and spread it into a round shape as you press it with your hands. Adjust the heat on low heat (low heat as if it is about to turn off) and close the lid and wait for 10 minutes.
STEP 5/5
After 10 minutes, turn the cake upside down using a rubber pan, which is 80% complete when you open the lid. Please wait for another 10 minutes.
I measure it with a rice spoon.
