Stir-fried onions
Today's main ingredient is onions!! What do I do with onions... It's just shredded and seasoned.. Just stir-fry it and it's over~~~

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Peel off two onions...
STEP 2/6
Chop the onions. Grease a heated frying pan lightly and stir-fry chopped onions over medium heat! Add a little bit of fine salt and season it!
STEP 3/6
When I cut a carrot and a mushroom into long pieces and stir-fry them together.. The texture and color are added.. A more delicious side dish is made..
STEP 4/6
3 tablespoons of soy sauce when the onion is half cooked while frying. 1 to 2 tablespoons of plum extract. Add a little bit of pepper and stir-fry it on medium heat!
STEP 5/6
If the onion in the soy sauce is evenly colored, add the mushrooms. If you put in the mushrooms from the beginning, the mushrooms absorb the soy sauce by themselves..
STEP 6/6
Instead of stir-frying over medium heat, it is moistened with moisture from onions and mushrooms! I think I found out that the sweeter the onion is when it is cooked, after getting married and cooking in Buok... Before that, I really didn't eat vegetables or mushrooms... I think my taste changes as I get older.. When the onions are cooked, finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds!!

    I made it after watching this. I don't have plum syrup and saesongi mushrooms, so I added enoki mushrooms, cooking sugar, and balsamic vinegar, and it's delicious. ^_^
