STEP 1/7
First, prepare a chicken, soak it in milk for about 10 minutes to remove the smell, and rinse it in running water.. Drain with a kitchen towel and make a small cut to prepare.
STEP 2/7
Spread it out and season with salt, pepper (a little), curry powder (0.5), and rice wine (2),
STEP 3/7
Bake in a 230 degree oven heated side by side on an open pan for about 40 minutes, and the temperature and baking time may be different depending on the oven, so you can bake it according to your oven. If the heat in the oven is a bit strong, you can reduce the temperature and increase the time.
STEP 4/7
Mix red pepper paste (2)+ red pepper powder (1)+ soy sauce (1)+ sugar (2)+ honey (2)+ minced garlic (1)+ pear (4)+ ketchup (0.5)+ curry powder (0.5)+Cheongju (1) sauce ingredients and boil it in a pan to make a charcoal barbecue sauce.
STEP 5/7
I only served the smell of the roasted chicken back and forth over a gas fire once more. It's not enough to smell charcoal in the house... This is enough to make it taste good.
STEP 6/7
And just pour the sauce and mix it. It's done!
STEP 7/7
Put it on a plate. The commercial charcoal barbecue was served with grilled rice cakes. I don't have rice cake, so I'll make French fries and bake Indian bread.. I also made a little bit of curry and dipped it in the sauce.
Measure with a rice spoon and a paper cup.
