making jujube tea
I just found a picture of the jujube tea that I made last summer when I was in the middle of my life. I'll tell you the recipe.

Boil 10 handfuls of jujube with water.

As it boils, the jujube swells and is about to pop out of the pot, beating it several times to calm down.

Strain the soup in a pot, strain the jujube into a strainer, press it, and rub it down.

Anyway, combine the jujube that was first boiled with the jujube and put it on the fire and boil it for about 8 to 30 minutes. There are times when I add sugar, but I didn't add anything because it's sweet enough. For those who like sweeter taste, I think it's better to add honey when you drink tea later.

The glass bottle is disinfected in boiling water, put the boiled jujube tea in the water, close the cap tightly, turn it upside down, cool it down enough, and refrigerate it!
