Put 1/2 cup of water in 5 tablespoons of starch and let it sink for about 20 minutes. Pour the water from the top, add an egg to the sediment, mix it evenly, and add to the seasoned shrimp, and fry it. Fries are crispy and delicious when fried twice. First, fry the shrimp just until it's cooked, and just before you eat it, fry it again to make it look crispy.

Stir the ingredients except for lemon juice in a pot, boil it, and when it boils, add lemon juice, boil it a little more, and cool it down.
Cocktail shrimp is said to be tasteless if you blanch them in water or defrost them in water. It is recommended to soak the bag in water or take it out of the bag and defrost it naturally at room temperature.
