Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Soak the glass noodles in lukewarm water and cut them. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and blanch it slightly when the water starts to boil.

Cut carrots, potatoes, and onions.

Make enough marinade.

Put Cheongyang chili pepper in a pot and stir-fry chicken.
