Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Chop onions and shiitake mushrooms into small pieces.
STEP 2/9

Mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of house soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of refined rice wine, 2 tablespoon of plum juice, sesame oil, sesame salt, and pepper.

Mix minced beef, onions, and shiitake mushrooms in the sauce and marinate for 20 minutes.

Chop pumpkin and red bell pepper while marinating.

Make the rice 5cm wide round.

Sprinkle ketchup on the rice and put the stir-fried ingredients on top.

Place mozzarella cheese on top of it and heat it at 180 degrees for 8 minutes. Turn just enough to melt the cheese. It's also possible in a microwave.
