Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Combine sugar and salt in gently beaten butter.
Add eggs at room temperature and whisk well.
STEP 2/3
Add the sifted flour, baking powder, and coconut powder and mix. Put the dough together and cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
STEP 3/3
Roll dough to about 0.2cm thick and shape with cookie cutter.
Make a hole with a toothpick, apply a bit of water to the surface of the dough, and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees by spraying excess sugar for 12 to 15 minutes.
