Cut the sour kimchi into the right size and mix it with 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper powder, sesame oil, sesame salt, 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of plum juice (or 1 tablespoon of sugar).

Put Kimchi Bibim Ramen in a bowl and put cucumber, pickled radish, egg, and seaweed on top. It's better if you put all the ingredients together and mix them deliciously.
