Heat the udon noodles slightly in boiling water to dissolve them well. Rinse the boiled udon noodles in cold water and prepare them.
Grease the pan and stir-fry the chopped garlic over low heat.
Raise the heat a little higher, stir-fry the vegetables quickly, and set aside.
Stir-fry seafood and shredded pork quickly over high heat and put them separately.

Put all the stir-fried ingredients into the pan, pour the sauce, and stir-fry quickly one more time.
When the seasoning is soaked in the ingredients, add the udon noodles and stir-fry them for a while.
