Wipe off the pan that was fried seagulls, oil it, and stir-fry garlic. Garlic burns easily, so stir-fry quickly over low heat. Add paprika and stir-fry together.

Add 1.5 oyster sauce and 1 ginger juice and stir-fry. If it's a bit bland after tasting it, add a bit bland. When I first stir-fried seagull meat, I added salt, so it was seasoned well. You have to stir-fry it for a long time to make it light and chewy. When it's done, add 0.5 sesame oil and mix it again and turn off the heat.
