Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6

Put the naengmyeon in a bowl and sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds on top of the sauce, radish, cucumber, pear, and half of the boiled egg to complete bibim naengmyeon.
Glucose and citric acid can be purchased at Internet malls or defense markets. If you don't have glucose, add more sugar. If there is no citric acid, add 3 tablespoons of vinegar. If you don't have soy sauce, measure it with 1 cup of soy sauce. Onions and pears must be chopped with a knife to taste good.     It's really good. I added vinegar instead of citric acid I ground the onions and pears with a blender. I put in Cheongyang red pepper powder. I made it with some commercial broth.
