Add pre-mashed bananas and mix well. Add the sift and oats and mix. (When using a whole oat, wash it clean, drain it, and grind it thickly.)

Place the finished dough in a muffin mold, cut the banana and place it on top of the dough, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 to 27 minutes.
