Cooking Steps

Beef is prepared with minced beef.

Chop the vegetables finely.

Mix beef, vegetables, and seasonings in a bowl.

When steaming, the precautions are to steam over high heat or if you steam it for a long time, fish cakes will open and beef will fall off.
