  • Whipping cream
    10g
  • peanut butter

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Sift together the almond powder, sugar powder and flour. Almond powder, sugar powder, and soft flour each weigh differently, so you have to sift them together to mix the dough evenly.
STEP 2/6
Add sugar to the chilled whites and make a firm meringue. Add half of the white porcelain meringue to the sifted powder and mix it so that the bubbles do not burst. When the powder and meringue are mixed to some extent, add the remaining meringue and mix.
STEP 3/6
Place parchment paper or paper foil in oven pan and place dacquoise pan on top and squeeze the dough into a piping bag. Flatten the top of the dough with a scraper
STEP 4/6
Remove the dacquoise mold and sprinkle with sugar powder. Sugar powder absorbs quickly, so you have to spray it quickly and put it in the oven.
STEP 5/6
Bake it in a 180-degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes, and it's done.
STEP 6/6
Whipped whipped cream, mixed peanut butter, and applied to the inside of the cooled dacquoise, and if you sand it, the dacquoise sand is complete with savory dacquoise taste and sweet and soft cream
