Sift together the almond powder, sugar powder and flour. Almond powder, sugar powder, and soft flour each weigh differently, so you have to sift them together to mix the dough evenly.

Remove the dacquoise mold and sprinkle with sugar powder. Sugar powder absorbs quickly, so you have to spray it quickly and put it in the oven.

Bake it in a 180-degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes, and it's done.
