Soak the dried bracken greens, boil them, wash them in water, and strain them through a sieve.

I put the beef cattle for soup without blood in the water and boiled garlic and a whole green onion. Boil it for about an hour, and the oil and impurities will float on the top, and remove them all. Take out the meat and strain the soup through a sieve to get only the clear soup.
