STEP 1/6
You can use regular flour for sujebi dough, but I always use potato sujebi powder. Touch it well with your hands, cover it with plastic, and let it ripen for about 20 minutes.
STEP 2/6
Open a can of tuna and leave it there for more than 5 minutes before using it.
STEP 3/6
Prepare mushrooms, pumpkins, onions, potatoes, and green onions.
STEP 4/6
When the water boils, add 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste and 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, and then add potatoes and tuna. You put one tuna in a small can, and you need to add some tuna oil to taste like stewed fish with oily fish.
STEP 5/6
Tear the ripened dough thinly and put it in.
STEP 6/6
After boiling the dough, add the rest of the vegetables, 0.5 tablespoons of minced garlic, 0.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, and the rest of the seasoning with salt.
