Add 200g of flour, 5 tablespoons of milk or water, 1 egg, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 1.5 tablespoons of melted butter, 2 tablespoons of BP, pinch with your salt hand and mix a little.

If you knead it for too long, the doughnut will harden, so knead it to roughly clump. You push it to 0.7cm thick with a rolling pin, but you have to sprinkle flour so that it doesn't stick.
