STEP 1/6
Add seasoning ingredients to the minced meat and mix them together. (Mince the onion and add a little salt and pepper to remove the smell.)
STEP 2/6
Oil a heated pan~ Add seasoned meat and continue to cook over medium heat. In the beginning, it's moist. - You can see it. At some point, the moisture decreases significantly, and at that time, add a spoon of oyster sauce to finish by blowing off moisture. Taste it before you put in the oyster sauce. It's good to add a little more oyster sauce to suit your taste, right? There are various kinds of oyster sauce these days. There may be some differences depending on the oyster sauce used, so it would be better to taste it before putting it in!
STEP 3/6
Now! The stir-fried beef that will go in the rice balls.
STEP 4/6
I use hot rice after cooling it down a little. I added a little bit of salt. You can skip it. The prepared stir-fried beef is prepared by transferring it to another container and cooling it down. If you look at home, there's a small bowl, right? I think you can use that. In a small, wide bowl, cut a lot of wrap and spread it out! Spread the rice with your hands wearing sanitary gloves. (The point is to press it.) Put stir-fried beef in the middle.
STEP 5/6
Cover it with rice again. Grab the wrap well and make it into the shape you want. The point here is! Eat well! You have to cover it like you're pressing it. Otherwise, it's ugly and it might all be released later on??? If you're having a hard time with this method, you can use a triangular gimbap mold or something like that. Of course, press the rice thoroughly then, too!
STEP 6/6
And so, the completed rice ball! And when you put the seaweed on. If you put mayonnaise on the rice in that area, it won't dry out and it won't wrinkle? More than anything, it tastes better if you put a little bit of mayonnaise on it.
I put a drop or two of grape seed oil in the rice. Should I say that if you put in milk fat like this, the rice will be glossy?
