Ingredients
  • whipped cream
    220g
  • whole wheat flour
    200g
  • Soft flour
    100g
  • Baking powder
    1T
  • Sugar
    10g
  • Honey
    35g
  • Salt
    little
  • raisin
    50g
  • Eggs
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Dip raisins in rum for about 30 minutes (sugar water if you don't have rum).Or you can just soak it in plain water.)
STEP 2/8
Mix the whipped cream and honey together.
STEP 3/8
Add the sifted powder, sugar and salt and mix.
STEP 4/8
When all ingredients are well matched, add the mixture of whipped cream and honey and mix.
STEP 5/8
Add raisins and mix when lumps together.
STEP 6/8
When the lump is lumped together, put it in a plastic pack and refrigerate it for an hour.
STEP 7/8
Cut the dough into the shape you want.
STEP 8/8
After panning the cut scones, apply the yolk water and bake them at 190 for 15 minutes.
If you don't have raisins, you can replace other dried fruits or nuts. It doesn't matter if you don't have nuts.
