Cooking chicken soup
There are many kinds of health food. I had a village chicken that I bought at home, so I made chicken soup with it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/22
The raw chicken removed all the oil and skin. If you do this, it doesn't have a lot of oil, so it's more light.

Boil the raw chicken first in a pot, boil it once, and throw away the water that has been boiled for the first time. The same water comes out in the stomach even though the skin and grease have been removed. Boil it once like this to remove the smell and impurities from the chicken.

Then, wash the half-cooked chicken clean and boil it in cold water.

Add green onion, garlic, ginger, pepper and rice wine. Then boil it over high heat for 30 minutes and continue to boil over medium heat until the white soup comes out.

Prepare vegetables while the broth is boiling. Blanch bracken, taro stems, and bean sprouts. Some taro stems are dried, but if you soak them in water, they will be tough, so you must boil them. Cut it into pieces.

Red pepper powder 4: Soy sauce 2: Minced garlic 2: Minced ginger 1: Sesame oil 2: Salt: Pepper in this ratio.
