These are the yakisoba noodles and sauce that I'm using If you buy yakisoba noodles, there are 4 servings and 4 sauces. The reason why I buy the sauce separately is because I put a lot of vegetables in it, so I don't have enough. If you put in an appropriate amount of vegetables, it tastes good.

Cut the cabbage and red cabbage and prepare it You can add any vegetables you have at home.

You don't have to parboil the yakisoba noodles separately and put them in right away. It melts quickly and cooks well. Add the noodles when the vegetables are all fried and cooked. Pour in the remaining sauce.

Stir-fry the noodles with a spatula. The noodles are cooked well, so you have to take a good look at them. Or it'll blow up quickly. If the sauce is small, add some more to season it. When the noodles are all cooked, okay
