STEP 1/10
I'm going to make pasta with that much for one person. Should I say that it's about a 1cm diameter circle with my fingers? Put water in a pot, boil it, cook it for about 9-10 minutes, and rinse it in cold water Time to boil pasta noodles = Time to make sauce. It ends pretty much the same. So put the noodles on top and prepare the other ingredients right away.
STEP 2/10
Slice garlic(3 grains) into pieces, shred onions(half) and bacon(3 slices) into bite-size pieces
STEP 3/10
First, heat the olive oil pan slightly, then add the sliced garlic and stir-fry over low heat until the garlic is fully cooked. If you stir-fry garlic over high heat, it will burn only on the outside and not cook inside. ^^ When the garlic is soft enough, add the chopped onions and stir-fry until the onions are half transparent, then add the rest of the bacon and stir-fry well.
STEP 4/10
When the bacon is golden, stir-fry the cooked pasta noodles and add whipped cream: milk = 1:1. I don't need an exact g or cc. If you like your own sauce, add less. If you like enough sauce like me, add a lot
STEP 5/10
While you boil the cream sauce, prepare the gorgon zola cheese.
STEP 6/10
Boiling spaghetti with gorgonzola cheese~! The chosen gonzola cheese is a bit salty. Make sure to taste the salt and put it in. It's okay even if you don't add salt to your liver.
STEP 7/10
The quick mezzano cheese on top of the spaghetti is here! It's enough if you take out a fairy (about 0.5cm thick) - I cut it like this and sprinkled it on spaghetti and fondue.
STEP 8/10
Buy the fondue cheese sauce from the market and microwave it.
STEP 9/10
Put the heated cheese in a fondue container, grind some quick mezzano cheese on top, and leave the candle on the bottom.
STEP 10/10
The bread that you dip in fondue is usually prepared with hard bread. I baked the leftover pieces on a toaster and dipped them in it.
1. Gorgonzola spaghetti ingredients ratio is whipped cream: milk = 1:1.
