Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut tofu into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/6
Sprinkle salt to season. You can fry it here with flour/starch powder and egg clothes. You can just fry tofu like Black Bean Noodles.
STEP 3/6
Please mix and prepare a large amount.
STEP 4/6
Place a small amount of grape seed oil in a heated pan, then top with tofu. (Low heat)
STEP 5/6
Please fry both sides until golden brown. Tofu is easily crushed, so it's better to flip it over and fry it instead of turning it over often.
STEP 6/6
Place the fried tofu side by side on a plate. Put the prepared sauce on top of the tofu and it's done. You can slice the chives and put them on top. It's a little past season, but it's good to cut the dalgae and mix it with the sauce. Kkamang sliced spicy peppers and put them on top.
