STEP 1/3
Add room temperature cream cheese to rice flour and mix evenly with hands. When rice flour and cream cheese are mixed evenly, add water and mix. (The amount of water is appropriate for the lump to break slightly by throwing it 3-4 times.)
STEP 2/3
Remove 1/3 of the rice flour, mix with purple sweet potato powder, cover each with plastic wrap or plastic, and leave at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Put the moistened rice powder through a sieve about twice and mix sugar evenly. (Mix two-thirds of the sugar with white rice powder and 1/3 of the sugar with purple sweet potato powder.)
STEP 3/3
Put the rice powder mixed with purple sweet potato powder and white rice powder in order in a mold, organize the top with a scraper, steam it in a steaming steamer for about 20 to 25 minutes, and let it steam for 5 minutes.
