Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Remove the head and peel all but the tail from the stomach. Make a long cut on the back and remove the internal organs with a toothpick.
STEP 2/8
Add 1 teaspoon of refined rice wine, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and a little pepper, season the shrimp, and strain it through a sieve.
STEP 3/8
Add 1 tbsp starch and mix well.
STEP 4/8
Add 1 tablespoon sesame, 2/3 tablespoon honey, 12/3 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon brewed soy sauce and mix well. If you don't have honey, you can use oligosaccharide. If you break sesame into small pieces with your fingers, you can feel the savory taste.
STEP 5/8
Place 1 tbsp cooking oil in a heated frying pan and add shrimp and bake over high heat for 2 minutes.
STEP 6/8
When the shrimp is golden brown, add the prepared sesame mayonnaise sauce.
STEP 7/8
Add the sauce and stir-fry for 30 seconds, mixing well.
STEP 8/8
Put it on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds. That's it!
