STEP 1/9
It's water prepared to boil pork skin. If you use leaf green tea or green tea bag to boil pork, it is excellent to remove smell. Prepare enough water to cover the pork rind.
STEP 2/9
The inner oil should be removed cleanly from the shell. Most butchers didn't do it perfectly, so I would come home and scratch it off again, but this time they removed all the oil perfectly, so I just had to wash it clean at home. Wash it clean under running water.
STEP 3/9
When the water boils, add the washed shell and boil it. It took more time because I had so much food. You can adjust the boiling time according to the amount, but when you lift and shake the shell, boil it until it is a little mushy.
STEP 4/9
It's boiled and it's taken out.
STEP 5/9
Cut it into bite-size pieces. And store it without eating it and put it in the freezer if you want to eat it.
STEP 6/9
You can shred various vegetables.
STEP 7/9
If the cut shell hardens and doesn't fall off, put it in boiling water and take it out, and it will fall off one by one. Drain slightly and place in prepared vegetables and bowl. And if you don't want to make red pepper paste, you can just use what's on the market.
STEP 8/9
I added 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder to give it a color.
STEP 9/9
Mix well so that all the seasonings are soaked evenly.
