Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Mix glutinous rice flour, water, oligosaccharide and salt evenly.
STEP 2/8
Add the strawberry powder, mix and microwave and cook for 2 minutes.
(Place a bowl with plastic wrap or cover with a stove-only lid and cook.)
STEP 3/8
Remove from the stove and mix the batter evenly. Return to stove and cook for 2 minutes.
STEP 4/8
Sprinkle a lot of starch on the cutting board and lengthen the rice cake turned in the stove.
STEP 5/8
Cut the dough into four pieces.
(If you use kitchen scissors, they won't stick and cut easily.)
STEP 6/8
Press the dough with your palm to make it thin.
STEP 7/8
Remove the top of the strawberry and wrap it with red bean paste. Wrap the strawberries tightly with sediment so they don't show.
STEP 8/8
Put the strawberries wrapped in red bean paste on top and wrap the filling with a paste like a songpyeon.
