Add flour, sugar, curry powder, and parsley powder in one place and whisk 4-5 times. If you want spicy curry, please use spicy curry powder. If you want mild curry powder, please use mild curry powder. I like spicy food, so I used spicy curry powder.

Cover with plastic, cut diagonally, and place in freezer for about 30 minutes. Put it on a large plate or a thin plastic cutting board and put it in the freezer so that it doesn't get messy.

Place parchment paper on a glass plate in a microwave oven and place cookies on top and cook for 2 minutes in microwave defrosting function. It's based on 700W in our microwave. The w is different for each range, so please check the W written on the back or side of the range, and if it's less than 700w, please increase the time and reduce the time if it's abnormal. Also, even if W is the same, the performance varies depending on the microwave, so please adjust the time while looking at the baking condition. If you want something more crispy, let it cool and heat it for another 10 seconds.
